Just one day after crossing paths with ex-boyfriend Justin Bobby at Hollywood hot spot Les Deux Wednesday, The Hills star Audrina Patridge told PEOPLE at the Nicole Khristine jewelry launch party Thursday that she has split from her most recent boyfriend, Bernard Steimann. “We filmed [the split] last week,” Patridge said. “It’s not a big deal. I’ve known him since I was fifteen and we all have the same circle of friends. We’re still going to see each other as friends.”
But Patridge was hesitant to define her relationship with Justin Bobby. “It was really good seeing him,” she said. “You’ll have to watch and see. [But] you know honestly, I’m not ready to be in a relationship right now.”
Patridge was equally coy when asked about roommate Lauren Conrad’s on-again relationship with Laguna Beach alum Stephen Colletti. “They’ve always been good friends. They’ve always hung out and talked, ever since I’ve known them, so it is nothing surprising to me,” she told PEOPLE. “They are so cute together, they are like best friends.”
But are the two now boyfriend-girlfriend? Not according to Patridge. “They’re not together,” she added. “He can’t be on the show because he’s on One Tree Hill. So they are just friends.”
