This is a change for Dion Phaneuf.
The Calgary Flames defenseman was spotted this week on water that wasn’t frozen. But the National Hockey League star had a good excuse: his team is no longer in the playoffs.
Oh, and he’s dating actress Elisha Cuthbert. As you can see in the photo below, Cuthbert is more than just The Girl Next Door to Phaneuf. She’s the girl in his lap.
