The American Idol finals will come down to the two men who have carried the burden of being favorites for weeks now: David Cook and David Archuleta.
Syesha Mercado, who was eliminated tonight, has nothing to be ashamed of. She made it farther than anyone could have dreamed a couple months ago. We wish her the best.
