A 13 year old from Texas who stole his Dad's credit card and ordered two hookers from an escort agency, has today been convicted of fraud and given a three year community order.

Ralph Hardy, a 13 year old from Newark, Texas confessed to ordering an extra credit card from his father's existing credit card company, and took his friends on a $30,000 spending spree, culminating in playing "Halo" on an Xbox with a couple of hookers in a Texas motel.

The credit card company involved said it was regular practice to send extra credit cards out as long as all security questions are answered.

The escort girls who were released without charge, told the arresting officers something was up when the kids said they would rather play Xbox than get down to business.

Police said they were alerted to the motel by a concerned delivery clerk, whom after delivering supplies of Dr Pepper, Fritos and Oreos had been asked by the kids where they could score some chicks and were willing to pay. They explained they had just made a big score at a "World of Warcraft" tournament and wanted to get some relaxation. On noting the boys age the delivery clerk informed the authorities.

When police arrived at the motel they found $3,000 in cash, numerous electronic gadgets, an Xbox video console with numerous games, and the two local escort girls.

Ralph had reportedly told police that his father wouldn't mind, as it was his birthday last week and he had forgot to get him a present. The father, a lawyer said he had been too busy, but would take him on a surprise trip to Disneyland instead.

Asked why he ordered two escorts, Ralph said he thought it was the thing to do when you win a "World of Warcraft" tournament. They told the suspicious working girls they were people of restricted growth working with a traveling circus, and as State law does not allow those with disabilities to be discriminated against they had no right to refuse them.

The $1,000 a night girls sensing something up played "Halo" on the Xbox with the kids, instead of selling their sexual services.

Ralph's ambition is to one day become a politician.

Not only does Madonna charge upwards of $300 for the best seats on her tour, but now she wants a piece of the ticket scalpers' pie.

Yup!

Ticket scalpers (or "brokers" as they like to be called) buy up the majority of concert tickets, leaving many die hard fans to turn to other venues to buy their tix.

Now, Madonna is going into bed with the enemy!

Her Madgesty is the first artist to make a deal with StubHub, which is owned by eBay and lets people legally scalp (or "resell") their concert tickets.

M will get a base fee PLUS a cut of all the ticket sales.

So, in theory, the higher U pay for your ticket on StubHub, the more money she makes.

Why would Madonna (or anyone) wanna encourage ticket scalping/reselling????

Speed Racer Wipes Out!

It's official!

Speed Racer has bombed!

The film took in an extremely disappointing $6.6 million on Friday.

It is expected to take in an embarrassing $23-24 million for the weekend.

Earlier this week, Warner Bros. was expected its film to make in the 30s. Last week, the number was in the 40s. Unfortunately, it's gonna debut in the low 20s.

Iron Man, on the other hand, opened to about $100 million last weekend and it's expected to remain #1 this weekend.

Good reviews probably helped that film and the shiteous ones probably hurt Speed Racer.

Warner Bros. spent close to $200 mill to make Speed Racer. They better make a ton of cash internationally, or else some heads will roll!

Jeff Archuleta Barred from American Idol

While Jeff Archuleta may deny that he’s a controlling father, his son will need to finish his run on American Idol without the assistance of his dad.

According to reports, Jeff has had his backstage access revoked, leaving David Archuleta to practice on his own as the series heads to a conclusion.

Jeff Archuleta, seated on the right, isn’t loved behind the scenes of American Idol.

People says Jeff Archuleta is accused of overstepping his boundaries when he wanted David to alter his “Stand By Me” performance by adding a verse from Sean Kingston’s 2007 summer hit “Beautiful Girls.”

Show sources said Jeff ignored the producers’ objections, which led to problems with the song’s publisher. Despite being banned backstage, the elder Archulea will be allowed to sit in the audience during the live show.

Nick Bollea Gets Eight Months Jail for Injury Accident

Nick Bollea was sentenced to eight months in a Florida county jail on Friday after pleading no contest to charges of felony reckless driving, stemming from the Aug. 26, 2007, car crash that left his best friend, John Graziano, in critical condition.

In addition to the jail time, which begins immediately, Bollea, 17, was sentenced to five years probation, during which he will serve 500 hours of community service, not be allowed to drink any alcohol and have his driver's license revoked for three years.

"I would like to apologize to the Grazianos and to my family for the accident. Every single day I think about the accident and about John," Bollea said in court.

He then turned around to look at the Graziano family and said: "I will never ever be able to say I'm sorry enough."

Dressed in a gray suit and light blue shirt and tie, Bollea looked somber as he was taken to meet the court officers. His father, Hulk Hogan (real name: Terry Bollea), stood and watched as uniformed authorities removed his son from the courtroom. Nick did not have a chance to say goodbye to his family before he was taken into custody.

In delivering his sentence, the judge specifically asked that Bollea use his community service to do something positive "that reflects what John did in his service to our country as a Marine."

Felony Conviction to Be Erased

Citing Bollea's age and his lack of any prior criminal record – beyond a series of speeding tickets that the judge deemed as showing a "cavalier" attitude behind the wheel – the jurist decided not to force Bollea into guilty verdict, meaning his "no contest" plea will stand. He also will not have a felony conviction on his record once he turns 18 later this summer.

"I think there is an understanding of what happened, and there is a sense of acceptance of responsibility," the judge said, explaining his decision. "There is nothing that the court can impose that is close to what John has dealt with or will have to deal with as he moves forward."

Heidi Montag Hotter Than Lauren Conrad?! No, No, No.

Maxim has officially jumped the shark.

Just the same, the men’s magazine’s editors have spoken: Heidi Montag is hotter than Lauren Conrad - they’re ranked No. 36 and 56, respectively.

That’s according to Maxim’s annual “Hot List” poll, which obviously does not deduct points for boob jobs, nose jobs, lip injections or general suckitude.

“Let’s hear it for villainy!” Maxim wrote of Heidi Montag in the feature, although they did credit Lauren Conrad for making “the life of a rich young woman seem normal,” and for “paving the way for Heidi.”

To say the least. What a duck-lipped leech.

Birthday girl Audrina Patridge also represented The Hills at No. 74. We are sad to report that Whitney Port and Lauren “Lo” Bosworth were not ranked.

Lauren Hastings: Lindsay Lohan Stole My Clothes

For someone who spends as much time naked as Lindsay Lohan, you wouldn’t think she’d need to steal clothing from multiple young women.

Yet in the wake of Coat-Gate, another enemy of Firecrotch has come out of the woodwork, accusing the waifish actress of bogarting her stuff.

The same week that a Columbia University student, Masha Markova, insisted Lohan swiped a $11,000 blond mink coat from her in N.Y.C. earlier this year, Lauren Hastings has come out with similar allegations.

The model recently linked to Shia LaBeouf says Lindsay stole thousands of dollars worth of items from her closet, Inside Edition reports.

“Basically, I have two closets, a lot of the stuff was missing out of one and the next closet was almost completely empty,” Hastings said, claiming her clothes vanished during an unauthorized late-night party.

Citing five separate witnesses, Lauren Hastings, 23, alleges that there is evidence, saying that “They all said they saw Lindsay Lohan, basically in my closet, handing a bag full of clothes to her bodyguard.”

One of our favorite celebrities, Audrina Patridge, turns 23 today. Yippee! The Hills star has brought a lot to our site in recent years and months.

Namely, she’s provided lots of quality moments from The Hills, an odd relationship with Justin “Bobby” Brescia and one scandalous nude photo scandal.

Will her friendship with Lauren Conrad survive? What will she do with her career? Will she and Justin-Bobby get back together for good?

You either love her, hate her, or don’t know quite what to make of her - but if you watch The Hills, you’ve become familiar with Stephanie Pratt.

Stephanie recently gave an interview with BuddyTV in which she talked about Lauren, Heidi, Spencer and all things Hills. Excerpts below …

Q: Did you have any reservations about being a regular cast member on The Hills this season? Were you nervous about anything?
Stephanie Pratt: How it would affect my relationship with Spencer.

Q: How has it affected your relationship with Spencer? You guys have certainly had your ups and downs so far this season.
Stephanie Pratt: I actually don’t really want to say anything about Spencer.

Q: You and Lauren had a little bit of a blow out last season, now you guys are friends. What made you change your mind about her?
Stephanie Pratt: I was out of town, and then I became really close with my brother’s girlfriend. They had this conflict with Lauren, and I was at that club, and they were really upset by her. You know, the fight. I yelled at her, and I felt really bad because that’s just not the person I am. The music was loud, and my adrenaline was there, I saw her with Brody Jenner, and I got really upset that Brody was there, because Brody was like a brother to me. Then when I saw her in class I was terrified, but I knew I couldn’t sit for nine weeks and not talk to her.

Britney Spears, Larry Rudolph Rock the Cradle

The contestants on Rock the Cradle received a pleasant surprise Thursday - their audience doubled when Britney Spears showed up to watch the season finale in person and support her former manager, Larry Rudolph.

Rudolph is the producer of Rock The Cradle, which pits aspiring pop stars, all of whom have rock and roll in their DNA, against one another in a competition. Sort of like American Idol, only not at all popular.

Britney Spears spent the duration of the show seated backstage surrounded by security. After the show, Larry Rudolph told Us Weekly:

“She was here to support the show. I mentioned to her that I was going to my show. Britney said, ‘I want to come down.’ She loved it. She really loved it. She didn’t come here for publicity or anything like that. She came here because she wanted to see the show, which I appreciated.”

Spears headed to the show after spending the day with her two sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston. It was the first visit since she, along with parents Lynne and Jamie Spears, appeared in Los Angeles County Superior Court Tuesday for a custody hearing, where she was granted extended visitation rights.

Ever wonder why celebrities are considered to be desperate for attention? Self-indulgent? Complete idiots?

Take a look at what Denise Richards recently said, regarding the controversy she’s walked into by starring in a reality show with her little children, and wonder no more:

If I have my kids on my show, I’m exploiting them. If I don’t, people will think I’m not a hands on mom – That’s why it’s very important to me that the girls are part of it.

Not only is Richards seemingly asking for pity because - oh, the horror! - she’s in such a no-win situation, but apparently it’s never occurred to her that there’s a third option: DON’T STAR IN A REALITY SHOW!

We wonder what Denise Richards will tell her children about photo shoots such as this. Or threesomes such as the one in Wild Things.

We aren’t familiar with Richards’ financial situation, but an actress that looks like her could make a decent enough living appearing in random movies here and there; there’s no way she needs to star in a reality show.

Heck, taking out payday loans or cash advances would be more responsible.

As we’ve collected a slew of celebrity quotes for our new section, we’ve been overcome by the absurdity of many (yes, we’re looking at you, Spencer Pratt) - but no star has exhibited the sort of pathetic, self-pitying, ignorant point of view as Richards has with this utterance.

David Archuleta Speaks!

With American Idol down to its final three contestants, David Archuleta remains the favorite (even though we prefer the stage presence of David Cook).

Below, the 17-year old cutie speaks with Billboard about his experiences so far on the show:

It seems like you’re always emotionally connected to the lyrics you’re singing.
When I was younger, I didn’t know what made me sing the song differently or how I sang it. I still don’t really understand fully, but the lyrics do mean a lot to me now, a lot more than before. I didn’t even pay attention to the lyrics when I was 12, 13.

Probably around the second year I did “Star Search” is when I paid more attention to the lyrics. I thought the music itself had such a power to it and now that I’ve understood how powerful lyrics are as well, I think that has allowed me to progress.

Earlier this season, you talked about suffering vocal paralysis a few years ago. Were you worried you wouldn’t be able to sing again?
The year after “Star Search” is when I found out I had vocal paralysis. That’s when I was really struggling, barely getting through a minute-and-a-half song. I took a break after that, because I thought, “I can’t do this.” I was having a hard time singing and I didn’t have a range back then and I didn’t know if it was permanent or not. I had no idea what it was.

I’d never even heard of it. I didn’t know your vocal chords could get paralyzed. After a while, I thought, “I need to start singing again. I just love it too much.” You know, there’s just something about it that makes you feel something that you can’t feel anywhere else.

The Plot to Destroy Lauren Conrad

We love Us Weekly.

The venerable celebrity news publication not only breaks a lot of gossip, it makes it much more fun to follow and read. We have to give them props.

This week’s cover story, featuring Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag (it’s a safe bet that someone from The Hills or named Spears will be on there three out of every four weeks), is one of the magazine’s finest efforts yet.

Spencer Pratt’s “terrifying obsession” with the Lauren Conrad sex tape. The “war” over Stephanie Pratt. A sinister plot to “destroy” Lauren and take over her show.

Don’t get us wrong. We love the show - to an unhealthy extent. But that’s a tad dramatic, don’t you think? This is the The Hills, right? Not Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of The Sith. Or is it? See below ….

The Hills’ rivaling stars Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag, together again on the cover of Us Weekly. That hasn’t happened in, like, almost a full month!

While the battle over sex tape rumors is heating up, the show will be cooling off for the summer. The season finale of The Hills is next Monday.

Rest assured, though - the 19-episode Season Four starts in August!

Dina Lohan Offers Motherly Advice, Keeps Straight Face

Dina Lohan - the woman responsible for raising Lindsay Lohan into the sex-crazed drug addict that she is - was presented with an award for being one of the Top 20 Moms in Long Island by the “Mingling Moms” of Long Island, a group that must lack an Internet connection and/or any ability to read about the celebrity gossip world.

Accepting the honor, Dina actually gave advice to Tish, the mother of Miley Cyrus.

“I don’t know Miley’s mom, but stay strong. Stay strong, keep your head up,” Dina said, referring to Miley’s controversial Vanity Fair photograph.

Dina also said Miley Cyrus is talented and added that Tish should always remember to be her mom before all else.

She then left to pose for more photos and sign autographs.

The Hills Debate: Team Audrina or Team Lo?

Ever since Lauren Bosworth (Lo) moved in with Lauren Conrad (LC) and her friend Audrina Patridge, things haven’t been free of drama at Casa Conrad.

Audrina, who lives in the guest house while Lo and LC reside in the main residence of her Hollywood villa, is clearly feeling ostracized lately. Why?

On Monday’s episode of The Hills, Lauren Conrad wanted to hang with Audrina at the recording studio where she works, but two seconds after they got there, Lo insisted they bail and go to dinner - sans Audrina - and so they did.

Many awkward moments and passive-aggressive comments from Lo soon followed - such as stating that their new puppy has TWO moms. Is she overprotective of Conrad? Jealous of Patridge? Are either or both out of line?

Amy Winehouse: Arrested Again

Say it ain’t so, so, sooo! British singer and certifiable train wreck Amy Winehouse has been arrested - again - for alleged possession of a controlled substance.

Try to refrain from gasping at this stunning news.

Amy went to a London police station this afternoon at around 1:00 pm for a scheduled meeting and was questioned regarding the alleged drug offenses.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Winehouse was arrested. Perhaps she will finally be reunited with jailed husband Blake Fielder-Civil after all!

Ice Man Calleth 911: Vanilla Melee Caught On Tape

This 911 call is anything but Vanilla… ummm, Ice.

Bad jokes aside, a bizarre call was placed to a police dispatcher April 10 after alleged rapper Vanilla Ice allegedly kicked and hit his wife Laura.

This call - obtained by TMZ - can be listened to here.

Vanilla Ice is a bit past his prime, and is experiencing personal issues as well.

Halfway through, Laura Ice (probably not her name, but that’s what we’re calling her) starts talking to the 911 operator like he’s a couples counselor!

It’s hilarious, albeit a little upsetting.

You may recall that Vanilla Ice (real name Robert Van Winkle) ended up being arrested and charged with battery after the aforementioned melee.

The Jonas Brothers are following in the footsteps of Miley Cyrus.

No, they aren’t posing topless for Vanity Fair.

But the popular trio will be putting out a future film that consists of footage from their upcoming Burning Up concert tour, which begins this July in Toronto and ends in late August. The movie will be in 3-D!

A few months ago, of course, Miley’s 3-D flick made over $31.3 million in just its opening weekend.

“More than just a concert, this film will take moviegoers inside the band’s creative process, and present them in a very intimate and entertaining way,” said Walt Disney Studios President, Oren Aviv.

In a statement, the The Jonas Brothers added:

“We can’t wait to start working on this film for our fans. It’s going to be awesome and we really want to bring a totally unique and different movie experience to everyone whether they’ve seen us live or not.”

Lindsay Lohan: On Set of Ugly Betty

Looks like Lindsay Lohan is fully embracing her guest starring stint on Ugly Betty.

In this photo from the set, the Firecrotch Queen dons a long, orange T-shirt that we can’t imagine she’d ever wear to Hyde.

Lohan is set to appear in five episode of the hit series, portraying a mean, former high school friend of Betty’s. Word also has it that Lindsay’s character will work in the fast food industry. It shouldn’t be a major stretch for the actress.

She’s used to doing guys things quickly.

Britney Spears Gets More Time with Sean, Jayden

Britney Spears’ visitation rights with sons Sean Preston and Jayden James have been expanded following a hearing with ex-husband Kevin Federline.

There is no change in custody, K-Fed’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said at a press conference, but overnight visits for Britney Spears (who has been without them for months) “will be phased in in the near future.”

“The court made orders today, orders that the parties were able to mostly agree to,” Kaplan said. “It represents a a cautious step moving forward.”

Mark Vincent Kaplan added that the court was “pleased with the progress that seems to be occurring” with Britney Spears daily, and said that he believes Tuesday’s court ruling is “a step in the right direction.

“The children (Sean Preston and Jayden James) are doing great — that’s the key,” Kaplan also said. “That’s what all of this is about.”

The Hills to Return For a Fourth Season This Fall

The Hills are alive … and returning for a fourth season!

The Season 4 premiere of The Hills will take place in August - and the new season will feature an amazing 19 new episodes, MTV confirms.

“They just started shooting,” an MTV rep told Us Weekly.

“The fourth season will be about what they ended up doing this summer. Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port will still be working at People’s Revolution.”

The Hills’ current season (its third) ends next Monday, May 12, with a pre- and post- show party in the Hollywood Hills. Usher (maybe with Tameka Foster in tow) and Young Jeezy will perform their hit “Love in This Club.”

Fans will also have a chance to quiz the stars, according to a statement. But first, of course, the drama will ensue as The Hills season ends.

American Idol Finalists Flirt with Dolphin

Yup, this headline pretty much sums up what went down in Las Vegas last week between the three remaining American Idol finalists and one very lucky mammal.

In between last week’s performances and tonight’s big final four showdown, David Archuleta, David Cook and Jason Castro all befriended a dolphin, of whom we’re guessing millions of teenage girls are jealous…

Tonight, these three will join Syesha Mercado on stage for the latest set of American Idol performance. We’ll have a full report on it tomorrow!

Tiffany May Streaks into Playboy

She has streaked onto a soccer field and appeared in the pages of Playboy, all without baring any private parts.

May - who gained notoriety for running onto the field during the United States versus Honduras Olympic qualifying match in a bra, thong and American flag - is now gracing the Web pages of Playboy as one of its cyber girl.

Move over, Amber Lee Ettinger. Tiffany May is also pretty and patriotic!

What the Elle is Up with Chris Brown, Rihanna?

In a recent interview with Elle, Rihanna answered a couple questions before getting to the topic on everyone’s mind…

On her hair: “I kept telling my managers, I’m cutting my hair. I’m cutting my hair. And they’re like, ‘How short? Not too short. Cut it how short?’ And I’m like, ‘Up to here.’ They never believed me. So when it was time to do the album cover [for Good Girl], the night before I cut it, I dyed it black.

We went straight to the photo shoot, and no one at the record label knew what I looked like. When we sent the pictures over, they saw the hair and they all loved it. They loved it.”

On her alcoholic father: “That was way, way, way back. We’re friends now. Now my dad is like the coolest person on the planet. He doesn’t smother me. He lets me live my life. The Calgary Flames defenseman was spotted this week on water that wasn’t frozen. But the National Hockey League star had a good excuse: his team is no longer in the playoffs.

The Hills Recap: “No Place Like Home”

Home may be where the heart is, but things aren’t altogether sweet in the home of Lauren Conrad (LC) on this episode of The Hills.

Roommates Lauren Bosworth (Lo) and Audrina Patridge aren’t really jiving, and the tension between them is getting worse by the minute.

While LC and Lo want to go tanning and shopping, Audrina has to go to Epic Records’ studio, where the band Alkaline Trio is recording, for work.

She really wants the Laurens to stop by and see her, and they do, for about 15 seconds, before Lo complains about being hungry and they bail.

Lo denies any sort of blame by saying she’s “just not cool enough to hang with bands,” but Lauren Conrad is sad that her roomies haven’t bonded.

If you thought Audrina Patridge’s life was complicated, it pales in comparison to the reality show’s other protagonist, the plastic-surgery loving Heidi Montag.

The fake-looking, duck-lipped bimbo decides that she wants to take her career to the next level. Her boss, club promoter / owner Brent Bolthouse, taps Heidi to help launch his new Hyde club - in Las Vegas! HOT!

Below is the first picture of Britney Spears reprising her role as Abby, a ditzy receptionist, on the hit CBS comedy How I Met Your Mother.

When Barney (Neil Patrick Harris) and Abby (Britney Spears) realize that they have one thing in common — their mutual hatred of Ted (Josh Radnor) — they decide to go flaunt their new “relationship’ in Ted’s face.

“I had such a great experience the last time I was on the show that I couldn’t wait to come back,” Britney Spears said in a statement.

“I was really looking forward to working with this cast and crew again. Everyone was so nice. Abby is going to have a lot of fun!”

The episode, “Everything Must Go,” airs next Monday, May 12.

She finally sees the sunlight!

While she spends most of her days trapped in that little cellar underneath TomKat's staircase, little Suri Cruise finally came outside the house, Saturday in NYC.

The baby, wrapped in her magical Scientology blanket, looks so ovah this shit.

He's Still The Greatest

It was his diva weekend!

Kanyeizzle is taking to his blog to explain walking offstage at his Houston concert this past weekend and to sorta apologize for his rant against Entertainment Weekly magazine.

Oh, yeah, and he also took it as opportunity to remind us all (once again) how great he is!

Don't believe the hype! When I started the show the other night we were having a lot of technical issues due 2 the heat. The 2 huge screens on both sides of the stage were glaring bright blue like when your DVD player acts up at home. I asked for them 2 turn the screens off 3 times because it was distracting 2 the show. The fans were not getting what they paid for. I admit, in my frustration, I did use profanity on the 4th time I asked. I stopped the show 2 go over and check it out myself. After the screens were turned off I started the same song from the beginning. The screens were eventually fixed 5 songs in but it was definitely better 2 have them blacked out rather than bright blue. Unfortunately for certain media outlets, you will never be able 2 'Michael Jackson' me. That means 2 make it seem like everything I do is so weird or out of place… they always try 2 make it seem like everything is about my ego! That joke is getting old. At a certain point you have 2 respect that I'm one of the last artist that still cares about the fans having the best time of there lives! Thanks 2 Bossip and Perez for taking it easy on me on the EW spaz… I did go in a little 2 much on that one. I'm sure there are some cool people who work over there and had nothing 2 do with that review. With all that said…. "I'm still the greatest!!!" lol!! Oh and I was in the studio with T.I. last night…. so get ready!!! "

Queen of the U.K.

The Brits have made up their mind, and they prefer Madonna over Mariah!

The chart results were just announced and her Magesty's new album, Hard Candy, has topped the U.K. charts, coming in at #1.

Mim's E=MC2 only managed to get a #3 debut on the British album charts.

Additionally, Madonna's 4 Minutes is #1 for a 3rd week on the U.K. singles chart.

And, Hard Candy is taking the top spot in more than 25 countries as the numbers roll in!!!!

Busted! Peaches' Drug Shame!

British celebuspawn Peaches Geldof (her dad is Sir Bob Geldof — old school rocker/founder of renowned 80s charity concert LiveAid) is in some deep shit with London police.

The popo have video of Peaches buying what is assumed to be cocaine from Amy Winhouse's dealers.

According to reports, the footage shows her handing over about $400 in cash for some drugs and saying, “I’m going to need Valium tomorrow after this.” People who use drugs recreationally are known to use Valium to 'come down' from being high.

AND, get this…

The Peaches vid was actually on the SAME TAPE as the Wino smoking crack footage!!!

The cops had seized it from a boyfriend-girlfriend duo as part of their investigation into what police suspect is a celebrity drugs empire run by the twosome. The guy, Jonny, is also known to be good 'friends' with Amy's Blaaaake.

Double reason not to like the guy!

We wonder — are there any other celebs tokin, snortin or shooting up on THAT tape?! We also wonder what other celebs are going to be taken down in this sting.

Police are reportedly bringing Peaches in for questioning this week.

Sadly, Peaches' mom, Paula Yates, a UK celeb TV host, died of a heroine overdose eight years ago. Many assumed that her mother's tragic downfall would deter the celebuspawn from drug use. In fact, she previously made the following statement about drug use on a UK TV show,“Teenagers today have nothing to rebel against. They are rebelling in taking drugs and drinking and partying and not really changing anything. They’re not really making a mark on society and I think that’s wrong.”

Peaches' dad will likely give her an ass kicking before she even gets to police questioning. He's said in the past, he would “go fucking ballistic” if his daughter ever sets down the same drug using road that killed her mother.

Lindsay Lohan to Guest Star on Ugly Betty

Since when did not wearing underwear become a fashionable choice for the people behind Mode Magazine on Ugly Betty?

We ask this question in light of news that Lindsay Lohan will be guest starring on the ABC series.

“Lindsay and America [Ferrera] really hit it off,” a source said, causing Samantha Ronson to cry herself to sleep at night at the thought of losing her BFF.

Variety reports that Lohan will play a down-on-her-luck former high school friend of Betty. Her first episode will be the May 22 season finale of the show, but Lindsay is expected next season.

In light of Britney Spears guest starring on How I Met Your Mother, we need to ask: can we appear on Gossip Girl if we expose our crotches and start sleeping around?

A week after her scandalous Vanity Fair photo was revealed, Miley Cyrus rocked the stage – and thanked her fans – at the Disney Channel Games concert Saturday night.

“I hope you had an awesome time,” Cyrus told the crowd after performing her set, which included two new songs, Fly on the Wall and Breakout. “I saw a sign back there that said, ‘Miley, I’m praying for you.’

I could not be more appreciative. Thank you guys for all your support. Without you, none of this would be possible. I love every one of you and I could not be more appreciative. God bless you.”

Shanna Moakler Stands by Laura Boyce

Shanna Moakler believe in Laura Boyce.

The second nanny accusing Rob Lowe and Sheryl Lowe of sexual harassment also happens to babysit for the reality TV star and former Miss USA.

“I’ve been friends with Laura for the past ten years – before she was my nanny – and I completely stand by her,” Moakler told People.

Boyce, who worked for the the actor and his wife for seven months in 2007, claims that Sheryl created an “extremely sexually offensive and hostile work environment…behaving in a… perverted, disgusting and crude manner.”

At a press conference Thursday (shown above), Boyce’s attorney Gloria Allred argued that Rob Lowe, as an employer, was equally liable for any alleged sexual harassment that occurred on the job.
