A jury has acquitted R. Kelly on all 14 counts of child pornography.
The lame singer was first charged six years ago after a kinky sex tape surfaced that allegedly featuring him having sex with - and urinating on - some girl who was only 13 years old at the time.
R. Kelly had long denied being on the video tape; even the alleged victim said it wasn’t her during the trial.
R. Kelly may have gross sex tape preferences. But they don’t make him a pedophile, a jury of his peers has just concluded.

It’s a family thing. Former Virginia Tech quarterback Marcus Vick - brother of jailed NFL QB Michael Vick - was arrested earlier this morning.
Marcus Vick’s arrest did not involve any dogs being murdered, but merely the troubled star leading authorities on a wild goose chase.
According to Norfolk, Va. police, a bike cop approached Vick after he saw him arguing with a woman in a car early Friday morning.
When the officer asked him to show his ID, Vick - in a move straight out of The Simpsons - decided he would hightail it down the road!
After the cops caught up with him and pulled him over, Marcus Vick failed a field sobriety test and was subsequently charged with DUI, eluding police, reckless driving and driving on a suspended license.
The lady friend Marcus was barking at, identified as Delicia Cordon of Miami, was also arrested and charged with being drunk in public.

This is a picture of Justin Timberlake early on during Game Four of the NBA Finals.
We can’t find a photo of the pop star from later in the contest, however, most likely because his face was buried in his hands after the Boston Celtics came back from an 18-point halftime deficit to knock off Kobe Bryant and the Lakers.
We love JT, but as ardent Celtics fans, The Hollywood Gossip staff has two words for him and other court-side celebrities last night: Eat. It.
The Lakers may have lost, but Justin Timberlake does get to see Jessica Biel nude every night.

Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe finalized their divorce yesterday.
According to documents dated June 12, the former couple “have settled all their remaining issues in these proceedings.” Witherspoon filed for divorce in 2006, citing irreconcilable differences.
“After the divorce, I was a physical wreck. I wanted to die,” Phillippe said a few months ago. “I was ready to kill myself. I was not taking care of myself at all. I would wake up and cry and vomit.”
This may sound crazy, Ryan, but maybe you should have thought of that before boning Abbie Cornish.

Jason Wahler and Katja Decker-Sadowski are getting married.
That they’re engaged is nothing new - but it could be a sealed deal within a year, according to the former Laguna Beach star’s bride-to-be!
“We want to do it sooner rather than later,” said Katja, a student at USC.
“My parents want me to finish school first and that won’t be until 2010. So we want to do it probably a little bit before graduation, but I need my parents’ help to plan the wedding!”
Added Jason Wahler (who used to date Lauren Conrad):
“And if her parents don’t agree, it’s a no-go! So we are looking, realistically, at 12 to 15 months from now.
Jason and Katja are pitching a reality show - reportedly called 22 and Taken - and the wedding “will be a part, but it’s not the focus of the show.”
Even if they’ve got another year to go, he and Katja Decker-Sadowski have already gotten into marriage mode by moving in together.
“It’s going well,” Jason Wahler said.
“We have my assistant/best friend there too. It’s kind of awkward, but what the hell!”

At least they aren’t living with Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag.

As Spencer Pratt angles for a live TV wedding, his sister, Stephanie Pratt, admits there’s tension between BFFs Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge.
“I don’t think everything is OK,” she told several celeb news sources at the launch party at Hollywood’s S Bar on Wednesday.
“I’m sure they will work it out. They’ve been friends for so long. I will say that Lo (Lauren Bosworth) has nothing to do with it. She doesn’t.”
Stephanie Pratt said Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge put their differences aside and went clubbing at West Hollywood’s Crown Bar Wednesday.
On the the recent season finale of The Hills, Audrina Patridge told Lauren Conrad (above) that Lauren Bosworth had come between their friendship.
Ever since, celebrity gossip blogs and fans have been abuzz that the two are openly fighting and no longer hanging out.
Rumors of their feud hit a fever pitch when Lauren arrived home to find Audrina engaged in a photo shoot with a celebrity gossip magazine.
But Stephanie Pratt said “the Internet is exaggerating” the feud.
“I know that they were just at the same event together, so things really aren’t that bad,” she added.
Stephanie also said her relationship with model Brett Novek is over.
“I deleted him out of my phone about five hours ago!” She-Pratt said. “I don’t want to talk about it!”
Lastly She said she is still not on speaking terms with Spencer.
“He is friends with Brody Jenner again,” she said of her big brother. “Now he just needs to come in my direction!”

The 41-year old actress and French billionaire - who have a child together - are planning a ceremony for August in Saint-Tropez, according to People en Espanol.
Congratulations to Salma Hayek and François-Henri Pinault! We’re so happy for these soon-to-be newlyweds.
“The happy bachelor is probably very proud and happy that he was able to change Salma’s mind,” said a source close to the couple, regarding Hayek’s long-held stance that marriage was not something she envisioned for her future.

Michael Jackson is working on a clothing line.
While it’s unclear just when the singer’s own brand of sequined gloves and surgical masks will hit stores, we can report that he’s working alongside designer Christian Audigier on it.
“It’s still in the developing stages, but it’s going to be big,” an source told Life & Style. “This will be a major comeback for Michael. He’s dedicating a lot of his time and money to this venture.”
We assume the clothing will mostly be available in the young, impressionable children’s section.
Come on, who wouldn’t buy clothing from a man that dresses like this?!?

Okay, they have been for awhile now, but we never told you about it when it happened, so in case you didn’t know, it’s new to you!
Andrew Firestone, the former star of The Bachelor, revealed that he’ll be marrying Ivana Bozilovic, a model/actress, next month.
She’s not the woman he met on The Bachelor, of course. That was Jen Schefft. They broke up. You know how it goes with the show.
“Sometimes you get hurt before you actually make it right,” the heir to the Firestone tire fortune gushed about Ivana Bozilovic, who he’s been with for over two years.
“She makes me a better person. Never before have I been so gushy.”
Andrew Firestone, 32, says he was “crushed” when his short-lived 2003 engagement to Bachelor finalist Schefft went up in flames.
“I was going above and beyond to make it work,” he said. “Everybody assumed it was my fault – that wasn’t the case at all.”
Congrats to Ivana Bozilovic and Andrew Firestone. Here’s hoping DeAnna Pappas can find the love she’s looking for, too.

After all, the bisexual claims her MTV reality show - A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila - played a role in California recently dropping its ban on gay marriage.

Trace Ayala - the business partner and BFF of Justin Timberlake - doesn’t think his pal and Jessica Biel will get hitched any time soon.
When asked by Us Weekly about wedding bells for this gorgeous couple, Ayala said: “I hope so. To be honest, I don’t see them in the future, but I hope so. I really do.”
Justin Timberlake may star in The Love Guru, but that doesn’t mean he wants to marry Jessica Biel any time soon.
While the newly christened TimberBiel may not be reciting vows in the near future, Trace emphasized how much of a perfect fit they are.

You shouldn’t be. The Hills’ gruesome twosome has reportedly been talking to the network that made them famous about their upcoming nuptials.

Heidi Montag reportedly told MTV programming and development honcho Tony DiSanto that they’re ready to tie the knot in front of the cameras.
Surprise, surprise: DiSanto is said to be all for it!
According to Spencer Pratt, their dream is a small wedding on Sir Richard Branson’s private island in the Virgin Islands, with catering by Wolfgang Puck, designer watches for all guests and a live performance by U2.
Even master manipulators like Spencer and Heidi may be aiming too high with those requests, but we’re sure MTV can figure out something.
Our personal suggestion is for Brody Jenner and Frankie Delgado to become ordained ministers online, then officiate the ceremony.

Based on the photo below, there’s little doubt that Sarah Larson got a boob job. (Heidi Montag must be so proud of her!)
But there is a debate over whether or not this operation actually led to her break-up with George Clooney. According to rarely-reliable celebrity gossip magazine In Touch, the actor was against any sort of breast enhancement:
“George really didn’t want her to get the boob job,” a source told the rag.

Former neighbors and current pals Britney Spears and Mel Gibson spend some more time together Tuesday - at an exclusive Beverly Hills cigar club.
The singer and the actor-filmmaker met in what was considered more of an ongoing guidance session than a business meeting, sources say.
Mel Gibson and his wife Robin have taken Britney Spears under their wing since her meltdowns earlier this year, meeting with her regularly.
At the posh Havana Club, a tired-looking Spears arrived with her personal assistant, Brett and a bodyguard to meet Mel around 7:30.
“She looked pretty in her new Capri jeans a blue blouse, white shoes and a brown bag,” said a celebrity gossip photographer on the scene.
Britney was described as quiet and serious - by contrast, an upbeat Mel Gibson walked in holding a bag up to his face and saying “okay, you got me” as celebrity news photographers crowded around to snap his picture.
Once neighbors in Malibu (Spears now lives in Studio City), Britney and Mel began spending time together in March. In May, Gibson and his wife, and Britney and her dad, Jamie Spears, vacationed together in Costa Rica.

When we get it wrong, however, we aren’t above an apology and a retraction. (Turns out Miley Cyrus was never pregnant. Our bad!)
The same can’t be said for Entertainment Tonight. The supposedly venerable celebrity gossip show still won’t face the facts when it comes to Angelina Jolie giving birth; or NOT giving birth, to be precise.
“We still don’t know if she’s had those babies or not and until we do we won’t retract our story. I don’t know yet that we’ve made a mistake,” host Mary Hart recently said.
Hart makes this statement despite the fact that Brad Pitt was in a different country from Jolie when she supposedly gave birth to twins; and that Brangelina’s publicist has denied the report.
“I hope that the babies were born when we said they were and that we had our facts straight. I have never retracted a story in 26 years, but all I can do now is wait and see,” Hart said.
It’s a genius move by Hart. She’ll wait, she’ll see that the babies are eventually born and - presto! - Entertainment Tonight’s report will be verified.
This is the best plan since Linda Hogan decided to date 19-year Charlie Hill as vengeance for being cheated on.

Save for the occasional legal sparring with Joe Francis, things have been quiet for her. That is, until she was spotted at the beach this weekend!
Yup, our favorite Jersey girl turned teenage runaway turned underage Girls Gone Wild star turned high-priced call girl of former N.Y. Gov. Eliot Spitzer (and aspiring singer) was seen donning a black bikini and frolicking by the ocean.

Timbaland and Monique Idlett, his longtime girlfriend, publicist and baby mama, have gotten married, according to his publicist (which is her)!
The two wed — in sweatpants - in Virginia Tuesday, with family pastor officiating the ceremony. Gotta hand it to them for being low-key!
That was just to make it legal in the U.S., however. Timbaland and Monique Idlett are getting hitched in a formal ceremony in Aruba June 22.
The couple lives in Miami and just welcomed a baby girl last year.
Timbaland, who also has a son from a previous relationship, popped the question at Monique Idlett’s baby shower.

Referring to it as “the scariest thing I have ever done,” David Cook sang the national anthem before Game 3 of the NBA Finals next season.
“The nerves are way worse [than on American Idol],” Cook told reporters moments before his Tuesday night rendition of the Star Spangled Banner. “It’s the one song you don’t want to mess up. I’m going to try not to notice Jack Nicholson sitting in the front row and think about the lyrics.”
Cook, of course, succeeded with that goal, performing a rendition of our nation’s song better than the Celtics performed on defense in the game’s final minute. (Seriously, who leaves Ray Allen one-on-one to guard Kobe Bryant?!?)
Despite his trepidation, the American Idol champion - who was joined in the stands by girlfriend Kimberly Caldwell - was able to make a joke prior to the contest:
“No matter what I do, I don’t have Simon Cowell telling me how dreadful it was.”

Cameras are already rolling again for The Hills girls (and Spencer), but that isn’t stopping them from other summer pursuits, TV Guide reports.
From fitness plans to professional opportunities — not to mention outings to Les Deux, obvs — summer’s just another season for new challenges.
At Sunday’s Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation Carnival, Whitney Port, Lauren Conrad, Lauren “Lo” Bosworth, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt all made appearances to show their support for this important cause.
For Spencer Pratt, the event is an annual tradition.
“I grew up with [Elizabeth Glaser's son] Jake Glaser, so I’ve been coming to this event since I was in elementary school,” he said. “We have so much love for this charity, and want to do anything we can to help out.”
No word on whether Spencer was packing heat at the event.
But as people mobbed fiancee Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt said that their summer was focused on finishing her album in time for The Hills Season 4.
“We’re in the studio with Todd Chapman,” Pratt said.
“He’s doing all 12 songs. He’s a genius.”
As for her next music videos, however, Heidi Montag is losing one of her most notorious crew members. With a chuckle at his own expense (over his efforts with “Higer,” Pratt said he would no longer be directing videos.
For now, music is the pair’s only definite extra-curricular. That rumored Speidi spin-off is not happening “anytime soon,” Pratt said.
“We love The Hills. [Maybe] when The Hills is over.”
Also squashing her own spin-off rumors was Whitney Port.
“I don’t know the story,” she said. “I haven’t even gotten a presentation of what it would be… It could be fun. I’ve been trying to stay a little more private, so it could be a little scary, but I’m open to it.”
Lauren Conrad, meanwhile, has a serious summer fitness plan in the works. Guided by a personal trainer, LC said she knew she would soon be hitting the gym - and hopefully, reducing bikini body-busting foods.
Despite the fact that her summer beauty mantra is “less is more,” she’s also not overdoing it: Sweets and alcohol are staying on the menu.
Apart from her fitness plans, however, Lauren Conrad was also serious about taking time out for the Foundation: “We all live very fortunate lives,” she said, “and it’s nice if we can give up any time [for charity].”

Last night on The Bachelorette, DeAnna Pappas assumed the role of pit crew chief as her aspiring husbands took the racetrack.
One by one, the guys took a lap at the speedway and tried to get the best speed and time, thus earning a special date with D.
The Bachelorette’s DeAnna Pappas is a natural when it comes to auto racing. Or at least wearing the clothes that one of the pit crew chiefs might don.

Cook and Caldwell stayed for the game, cheering on the Dodgers, as they fell 2-1 to the Colorado Rockies in a classic pitcher’s duel.
“Apparently Cook is a big Dodgers fan,” a source said. “He just wanted to enjoy the game with his girl.”
That’s sweet. But if baseball is Cook’s game, perhaps he should date Carrie Underwood.

Now that Reese Witherspoon is officially dating Jake Gyllenhaal, Ryan Phillippe doesn’t seem as shy about stepping out with girlfriend Abbie Cornish.
After months of speculation about their relationship - did he cheat on Witherspoon with his Stop-Loss co-star? - Phillippe accompanied Cornish to the 2008 Australian in Film Breakthrough Awards. It marked their first major event as a couple.
“They were adorable,” a witness said to People. “He had his arm around her and they were cozy and comfortable.”

Now that The Hills has spawned another upcoming series, Lauren Conrad has no doubt her friend Whitney Port can carry her own spin-off.
MTV is prepping a Hills spin-off in which Whitney becomes bicoastal while working for fashion PR firm People’s Revolution — and befriends a group of NYC gals (including socialite Olivia Palermo, whoever that is).
“I think that Whitney will do really well with it,” Lauren Conrad said of her pal’s new show. “She is a very likable person.”
“I would just tell her to have fun with it… [Whitney] always made it very clear during filming for The Hills that she doesn’t want her personal life involved on the show, so it would definitely mean that she would have to come out of her comfort zone a little. I hope they do the show.”
Whitney Port did not comment directly on the spin-off.
“As far as I know, I’ve just been filming for a fourth season of The Hills,” she said. “Everything is just kind of hearsay at this point. The thought of [my own] reality show sounds scary because I’ve always tried to keep things a little bit private. I just have to take everything day by day!”

You have to hand it to In Touch Weekly.
Citing a text message from J.R. Rotem, who clearly sent no such text, as evidence that Britney Spears is pregnant was the mag’s finest hour.
This is a close second.
We’d love to know what “facts” the celebrity news magazine is using in its new cover story - that Tony Romo is betraying Jessica Simpson because he hasn’t given up on his previous celebrity ex, Carrie Underwood!
After all, Carrie Underwood is the epitome of natural beauty - not to mention a down-home gal with a brain, a great voice, and a lack of insane parents.
But we’re not buying it.
For one, Joe Simpson has Tony Romo under constant surveillance, making a secret rendezvous a logistical impossibility. Second, why would Carrie take him back, after he broke up with her to focus on football, then took up with Jessica?
