Apparently Jamie Lynn Spears actually posted on her MySpace account with her iPhone FROM the frickin’ hospital where she gave birth Thursday.

Included? A photo of baby Maddie Briann!

How pissed will Lynne Spears be that she can’t make millions from selling the rights to the first pic to OK! Magazine? At least she has her dumb ass memoir.

Brody Jenner Nixed From Les Deux

Say it ain’t so.

This is breaking, devastating news … a story that makes us wonder what’s next - Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag being banned from Us Weekly?

The Apocalypse must be near. But on to our troubled club-goer.

After a night with Sean “Diddy” Combs at Les Deux June 13, the great Brody Jenner apparently got into a brawl with a club promoter at 1:45 a.m. and has been temporarily banned from the Hollywood hotspot as a result.

“Brody was really drunk and acting like a jerk,” says a witness, adding that the future Bromance star tried to reenter after leaving Les Deux.

At that point, he got into an altercation when he was nixed at the door, resulting in security escorting him off the premises and banning him.

This time, some observers believe, the moratorium might actually stick.

“This is the second incident with Brody Jenner,” a Les Deux manager said.

“We are taking a break with him. At the moment he cannot come in the club… The police were called after the fight broke out. We cannot have that.”

50 Cent to Shaniqua Tompkins: You Got Served!

50 Cent’s ex-baby mama, Shaniqua Tompkins, got a restraining order this morning against the rapper - then got served with a huge-ass lawsuit.

Lawyers for 50 Cent took it to Shaniqua Tompkins, slapping her upside the head with a $20 million defamation suit in Connecticut court.

The suit was filed against Tompkins for accusing Fiddy - over and over again - of burning down his own house as well as trying to kill her.

Not only that, 50 wants the court to force Shaniqua to let him visit their 11-year-old son, Marquise, in accordance with an earlier order.

Both 50 Cent and Shaniqua will appear in a New York courtroom in July to sort it all out, providing neither is assassinated prior to that.

The arson investigation in the fire that torched da crib is ongoing.

Jennifer Hudson to Barack Obama: Call Me!

Jennifer Hudson is an Academy Award winner and an American Idol finalist.

So, why won’t Barack Obama call her?!?

“I sang for Obama after I did Idol,” Hudson said in an interview with E!. “I’m so proud and excited for him. I haven’t gotten a call from them yet, but he does have my support.”

Seriously, Mr. Obama, can you take time away from fighting the war against terror, racism, gas prices, subprime mortgage loans and conservative nut jobs to dial up Hudson? Just for a few minutes?

Jennifer Hudson is an American Idol and an American proud to help Barack Obama win the presidency… if he’d only call her to ask for assistance.

Alli Sims: Alive, Happy For Jamie Lynn Spears

It’s been awhile since we’ve heard from Alli Sims.

Guess her singing career didn’t take off quite as planned.

In any case, Jamie Lynn Spears’ possible cousin says the 17-year-old will make a great mother to newborn daughter, Maddie.

“I’m sure the baby’s beautiful, and I’m so glad everybody’s healthy and doing well,” Sims said at a party for Wanted in Los Angeles Thursday.

“I just wish them all the happiness in the world,” she said. “I know they’re going to have so much fun.”

Sims — who said she is still “great friends” with Britney (now recording another new album) — added that she plans on sending “something cute.”

“I’m sure they’re doing great. I know they’re so excited,” Alli Sims said.

Maddie Briann Aldridge was born to Jamie Lynn and Casey Aldridge Thursday at Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center in McComb, Miss.

Britney Spears Already Working on Next Album

We now pause from breaking Jamie Lynn Spears baby news to report another Spears family development - and one you likely didn’t expect.

Apparently, Britney Spears is busy working on an upcoming album, her vocal producer and co-writer, Jim Beanz, reports this morning.

The singer, 26, has had her share of drama in the past year, to say the least. But in April, former manager Larry Rudolph reconnected with the singer in April and reported that she already had been going into the studio “just for fun.”

“She is on the right path,” Rudolph reported.

How will Britney Spears‘ new efforts compare to her last album - and for the love of all things holy, will she subject us to more dreadful live performances?

Paula Abdul Splits with JT Torregiani

It doesn’t take much to make Paula Abdul cry.

Therefore, we can only imagine how the American Idol judge reacted upon breaking up with restaurateur J.T. Torregiani.

The pair parted ways approximately two months ago, but no one cared enough about either to report it at the time; Torregiani has moved out of the American Idol judge’s Los Angeles home.

“She’s doing fine,” a friend of Abdul’s told Us Weekly. “She has moved on with her life.”

Amy Winehouse Undergoing Tests, Still Hospitalized

Good news and bad new regarding Amy Winehouse.

Which do you want first? The bad? Okay, well, doctors say the hospitalized Amy has an irregular heartbeat. That’s not what you want.

The good news, though, is that she has not died! Woo!

Doctors somehow are still running tests to determine what’s wrong with the Grammy winner. We’re not physicians, but we have a theory:

MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF HARD-ASS DRUG USE OVER SEVERAL YEARS.

Just one hypothesis. In any case, The Sun (U.K.) reports that Amy’s family plans to keep her in the hospital as long as they can.

They’re serious about this, too. If Amy tries to flee the hospital, the family plans to go to court to try and keep her in.

Her father, Mitch Winehouse, told the newspaper, “Amy is doing fine. She is staying in as long as possible.”

Alright, then. We’re sure Blake Fielder-Civil is doing “fine” as well, trying to stave off beatdowns in the prison shower.

More babymomma drama!

50 Cent got some good and bad news today, Friday.

The good news is that he's going to be seeing his son, Marquise, again!

But, the bad news is that a judge has granted baby momma Shaniqua Tompkins a temporary restraining order against Fiddy, which will require him to forfeit any guns and other firearms. Also, any pickup and drop off of the youngin' must be done "at curbside."

The rapper isn't allowed to be on the same premises as Shaniqua, who has made claims that 50 burned down the house he was trying to evict her out of.

Shaniqua's lawyer will reportedly argue for a permanent restraining order against Fifty next month.

50 is working on a defamation suit against the babymomma.

Gisele Bundchen Hates Pants, Loves Tom Brady

Tom Brady and the New England Patriots lost the Super Bowl.

Still, the QB came away with a pretty nice consolation prize.

Gisele Bundchen and the football star have been dating since 2006, when he split with girlfriend-turned-baby mama Bridget Moynahan.

Bundchen, who spent Father’s Day with his 10-month-old son, John Edward Thomas Moynahan, thinks the world of Tom (and less of pants) …

“He really, genuinely doesn’t have a bad bone in his body,” the Brazilian supermodel says of her boyfriend Brady in the July issue of GQ.

“And he is a very positive person. I think we have a lot of things in common, and I think he is a really great person.”

She also set the record straight on Leonardo DiCaprio, who used to see Gisele Bundchen nude before Tom Brady had that luxury.

Reports had surfaced among celebrity gossip publications that she was so upset after their 2005 split that she went a little nuts.

Specifically, that she cut off all her hair a la Britney Spears.

Not so, says the model.

Still, she admitted to GQ:

“I’ve had my heart broken. But I think you can have your heart broken by your friends that you trust, or by — I don’t think it necessarily has to be… I think sometimes you have high expectations for people because you have high expectations for yourself… I have always been in serious relationships. I meet someone and date him for a long period. I don’t sit there thinking, like, ‘I wonder if I can seduce that guy.’ I have other things in my mind.”

She also denied rumors that she makes $35 million a year.

“Look, this is my job. I take pictures. It is no big deal,” she said. “I would like to know who these reporters are who are finding out all of these amounts. And I would like him to talk to my accountant and figure out where is the cash that’s missing. Because I haven’t seen it lately.”

Britney Won’t Be Charged For Running Dude Over

She’s close to moving out of The Hills and into the Valley.

Now there’s more good news for Hollywood’s most beloved train wreck.

Officials say they will not file charges against Britney Spears stemming from a 2007 incident in which she drove over the foot of a celebrity news guy while speeding out of the doctor’s office where she received collagen injections, natch.

The reasoning? The only way the dude’s foot could have been where a celeb news video showed it to be was if he himself had put it there.

Deputy district attorney Joseph Shidler told the press:

“We have no evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the suspect, Ms. Britney Spears, was at all aware that the victim’s foot had in fact been struck by the vehicle. There was much commotion and noise at the time and there is no proof that the suspect was aware of what had happened.”

The Deputy D.A. added “The only way the victim’s foot could have been where the video indicates was by the victim placing it in that location.”

With this legal monkey off her back, Britney is free to once again terrorize greater Los Angeles County at will, should she feel a craving for Starbucks.

Best Father’s Day ever!

Not only did Tiger Woods force a playoff in the U.S. Open Sunday (he went on to win Monday), but his almost-one-year-old daughter was there to see it.

After Tiger beat challenger Rocco Mediate, wife Elin Nordegren and their wonderful baby Sam Alexis were standing by to celebrate.

After his historic victory in San Diego, which followed months of painful knee injuries, Tiger gave all the credit to Sam Alexis Woods:

“There’s no way I could have gotten through this without Sam being there. Just watching her grow, walking, running now, it’s been just the greatest thing in the world.”

Anne Hathaway Finally Dumps Raffaello Follieri

Anne Hathaway put on a brave face at the premiere of her new film, Get Smart, last night after breaking up with boyfriend Raffaello Follieri.

The 25-year-old star ended her four year relationship with the possibly criminal Italian-American businessman and real estate magnate, 29.

Sources say Anne’s days of giving blowjobs at sea came to an end because of the effects his shady business dealings could have on her career.

Last week, it was reported that his charity, the Follieri Foundation, which says it funds vaccination programs in developing countries, was under investigation by the New York State Attorney General’s Office.

In April, Raffaello Follieri was arrested on fraud charges after a former business associate sued him for allegedly bouncing a $250,000 check.

A source close to Hathaway said: “It’s heartbreaking for her to dump him, and she’s devastated that it’s come to this, but she really didn’t have a choice. His scandals - multiple scandals - were hurting her reputation.”

Raffaello Follieri often visited Hathaway on the Boston set of her upcoming movie Bride Wars, but they were regularly spotted arguing by crew members.

A friend said: “They fought so much while Anne was making the movie, she genuinely started to wonder if the relationship was worth all the pain.”

Anne Hathaway also heard rumors from friends in New York that Raffaello Follieri had been flirting with other women while she was away.

The friend added: “He was extremely caught up in his social life and making connections in New York, and stories would get back to Anne about his late nights and carousing, usually with models in the immediate vicinity.”

Filming Get Smart, Hathaway formed a friendship with co-star Steve Carell, who lent her a supportive ear during her problems with Follieri.

“She seemed to really be enjoying her freedom, and making new friends in L.A., especially Steve,” said Anne’s friend.

Anne Hathaway’s split from Raffaello Follieri may mean she finally moves to Hollywood, after years of insisting she would remain on the east coast.

“Even though she loves being near her family in New York, a move out to Los Angeles could mean better roles, a lot more money, and of course a much better pool of potential boyfriends,” says the friend.

As we reported earlier this month, there has been much talk of The Hills spinning off one of its lovely stars, Whitney Port, for her own show.

Sounds like those reports were jumping the gun a bit, however.

So says Whitney Port herself. Kristin Veitch of E! Online recently checked in with the BFF of Lauren Conrad and she said:

“I heard that too, but as far as I know, that’s not happening.”

Don’t look for Whitney Port to star on her own show anytime soon.

When asked if she’d want to do a spinoff, the 23-year-old said:

“Yeah, possibly, but as of right now, there’s too much up in the air and it’s just too much into the future for me to think about it.”

Whitney says she will still be working with Lauren Conrad at People’s Revolution for the upcoming fourth season of The Hills.

Billy Ray on Miley Cyrus Nude Photo: Stuff Happens

On the Today show this morning, Billy Ray Cyrus finally commented on the infamous Vanity Fair photo of his daughter posing topless.

The country crooner pleaded ignorance when it came to Miley Cyrus stripping down for the camera.

“I didn’t know they were going to strip her down and wrap her in a blanket,” said Cyrus, appearing on the program to promote Nashville Star, adding of the topless shot of his daughter: “I was surprised when I saw it … but, hey, that’s life. Stuff happens.”

It does, indeed, Billy Ray.

As for the picture of Miley with her dad, striking a pose that appeared more suitable between a boyfriend and girlfriend rather than a father and daughter, the elder Cyrus laughed at such a notion.

“That’s just a daddy who loves his daughter a whole lot,” he said.

Note to Billy Ray: that doesn’t make it seem any less creepy.
